Beautiful Boyne Mountain is located in Charlesvoix County in the Northwest Lower Penninsula of Michigan, about 250 miles north of Detroit. This resort has it all, year round. During the winter months, skiiers and snowboarders will delight in the vertical drop of 500 feet, second highest in northwest Michigan, and an average of 14 inches of snowfall per year. There are numerous groomed snowboarding and cross-country trails, an ice skating rink, and fabulous Apres-ski lounge with entertainment. In the warmer months, guests may golf on two championship courses, play tennis on 14 on-site courts, boat, swim, bike, hike, and more.
