Port O’ Call #8 is a standalone quiet, very private pond view cottage with 3 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, living room with sofa bed, screened porch, washer/dryer, full kitchen and dining room. Loft (upstairs) bedroom includes spacious living area. Parking for 2 cars is available. This cottage is directly across from main pool and outdoor grills. Beach access is an easy 5-10 minute walk to Sandpiper Ln which is limited access. Beach access is also available at the Shipyard Beach Club. The beach is normally warm and with a gentle slope that is perfect for families and biking and walking. Port O’ Call has activities including welcome breakfast. Golf for up to a foursome is free (cart fees extra) at Shipyard Golf Club (27 holes) and Port Royal. One hour of free tennis court time is included at Van Der Meer Tennis Cub (17 courts) immediately adjacent to Port O’ Call. Shipyard has miles of bike paths and rental bikes can be delivered to the cottage and stored right outside. Shipyard is a gated resort perfectly situated mid island for easy shopping and dining.
