Westin /Starwood rents this for over 5xx night plus 15% tax through their system.

Vistana has added a one-time $38 cleaning fee for any occupancy after 1/1/2020 which the villas MAY (this has not happened in last few years on my reservations as I am a long-term owner with high status) charge you on your statement.
