Other units may look out on the PARKING LOT!! There are two large pools: a large pool (seen from the picture window on the east side of the unit); and a quiet Sunset Pool on the west side of the property. There is also a large 10-person Jacuzzi next to the large pool. The unit has three Flat Screen TV's w/HBO; a DVD player; and powerful WIFI throughout the property. Great view of Huge 4th of July (Thursday night) fireworks from this 3rd floor end unit. (Balcony facing water; picture window facing new pool deck and head of Shelter Cove Harbor). Watch dolphins swimming on Broad Creek right from your balcony (bring binoculars!). Unit is on the 3rd floor (elevator access) and is in the newest Harbour Point 24-unit building with picture window looking east (toward pool and harbor) as well as the balcony facing north and waterway (Broad Creek) and Thursday Fireworks. Kayak, Paddleboard, 2-person Catamaran, Cruises, Charters and Tours all within the harbor and waterway. 5 minute walk to Shelter Cove Harbor; Entertainment on fireworks night. Many activities for adults and children during the week. Three HarTru tennis courts. Tennis clinics on site. Free Dunes Shuttle to Shelter Cove Mall (Belk, Kroger, etc.), Palmetto Dunes and the Dunes House Cafe and Free Beach Access. Free auto pass through gate to Free Beach Access.
