This 2 bedroom unit offers 1200 square feet of room and sleeps 8. It is a wonderful choice for an extended family because each family unit can have privacy at a fraction of the cost of separate hotel rooms.
The unit has 2 separate private spaces. One space has a full kitchen, fireplace, king bed, washer/dryer, cable TV and sleeper sofa. The other can be locked off from the first and has a mini-kitchen, queen bed, cable TV and sleeper sofa. Both units share a balcony and 2 parking spaces. Cable TV and internet are provided as well as a jetted Jacuzzi bathtub, iron and ironing board. The unit is Americans with Disabilities Act compliant.
Onsite there are multiple pools and hot tubs (both indoor and outdoor), a sauna, gym, movie room, kids playground and kids pool. There is a free shuttle to many areas of town. The Boot Saloon conveniently provides great meals for a complete experience on site for those who just want to chill.
Among the activities available nearby in summer are bicycle trails, stand up paddle boarding, white water rafting, horseback riding, ice skating, fly fishing, lots of hiking trails, pickleball, golf, and ATV rentals. Epic Discovery is nearby, including a plethora of activities from super slides to rock climbing, gem stone panning and many other activities suitable for every age group. Lake Dillon is nearby with boat rentals, sailing and fishing.
