Notes from the owner: Unit 439 is a 2 bedroom condo with pullout couch and sleeps 6; 2 1/2 baths, golf course and lagoon view, tennis, pickleball, pool , outdoor clubhouse with grill facilities close by. Golf for reduced rate (cart fees only) for 4 daily at the Shipyard and Port Royal courses. Updated kitchen , bath and and living room facilities with an outdoor deck attached. TV's in living room and master bedroom. Two bikes included for easy travel within the plantation. The Shipyard golf club has a restaurant with outdoor seating. The VandeMeer tennis facility and beach club are nearby as well as ocean beach access. Photos are available at the Spinnaker Resort at Shipyard online. 2025 maintenance fee has been paid.
