Per the owner:
While steps go up a few steps to the entrance, it will make the balcony look like it is a treehouse, although it is surrounded by a wire mesh. The trees are all around you and you can watch the birds while they build their nest.
It sticks out from the other houses, and it feels like you are living alone. From the balcony you overlook the swimming pool, the courtyard and the tennis courts, all of which belong to our housing project. I never get tired of this view.
The rest of the house is a living room that sleeps 2 people, a dining room for 8 people and the kitchen. Downstairs you have one bedroom with 2 beds, a commode and a closet, and another room with a Queen Size bed, a commode and a closet, a bathroom, a shower and a make-up area. Going out of the room, you have another full bathroom.
