    Per the owner:

I bought this timeshare when I retired. Over the years this timeshare gave me a great opportunity to stay in places that cost a lot more money than I paid for my timeshare. It also allowed me to do exchanges so I could visit different countries and timeshares over the world. I visited many places that Interval International provided, some a few times, equally as good or better as Marriott offered. When I could not travel for some reason, I deposited, exchanged or rented it to cover my yearly expenses, or just offered it to my family and friends and they covered my maintenance fee.

Also, I enjoyed visiting my home stay in Orlando, just a few miles away from Disney World. It is a very large unit that can host up to 10 people. Well equipped and positioned. Great for large family. It is connected to Marriott big hotel just a few miles away that provides good restaurants, entertainment, pools and so on. Shuttles are going every 30 mins, no charge. It is also deeded and can be passed to anyone that likes to travel.

Overall, it will pay itself after 1 or 2 trips. The price I am offering is 3 times cheaper than I paid. Because of the health issue we need to slow down to circle this world… but for the people who enjoy active life it is a great opportunity to get something that they will never regret. Happy travels!!

Marriott's Imperial Palm Villas offers three-bedroom, two-bathroom luxury timeshare villas complete with thoughtful touches like a private balcony, ultra- spacious living and dining areas, fully-equipped gourmet kitchen and in-villa washer/dryer. Master suites feature a plush king-size bed and oversized soaking tub - perfect for soothing your muscles after a long day on your feet. Villas also boast guest bedrooms with a queen bed and sleeper sofa, two twin beds in the third bedroom and a sleeper sofa in the living area for maximum sleeping space.

Orlando is considered the theme park capital of the world for good reason - experience all the magic of Walt Disney World, step into the movies at Universal Studios Orlando, see star performers at SeaWorld and more! Even with so many parks to stay entertained, Orlando still manages to offer even more to visitors - the city itself is a metropolitan paradise with dining, shopping and nightlife aplenty, and a central location within Florida means that day trips to the coasts are never too far away.
