Per the owner: What really sold me was the fantastic, totally unblocked, wide open ocean view from not only the downstairs living area, but also the upstairs bedroom area. And there was a balcony open to all that view. It was wonderful leaning on the railing on the balcony and watching and hearing the waves wash against the rocks, plus watching the glorious sunsets. Also, Carmel had all this history with artists, personnages from the literary, visual and performing arts.
