Playa Grande Resort

Sit on your patio in the morning and watch the sunrise or enjoy the sunset in the evening from the beach only a few steps away. If the timing is right, you can even watch the turtle hatchlings race for the water in front of the resort. Among other things to do while at Playa Grande, you can walk the beach watching for whales or relax by the pool sipping a cold beverage. Playa Grande has tennis courts, a mini-golf course, a workout room, a spa, a small grocery store with basic needs, and a helpful concierge to help you book activities, along with wireless internet access to each unit. Playa Grande has 3 onsite restaurants; the Calima, which is located near the pool area and serves a breakfast buffet in the morning and your usual lunch and early dining fare and sushi, the Brigantine Restaurant which is a 5-star restaurant for that special someone, and the pool food is great for lunch. There is also a lobby bar for the sports enthusiast and a lounge for relaxing after a full day of sightseeing. You can sit on on your balcony and enjoy the resort view or just relax with a food book. Unit P2151 is on the 1st floor and has a view of the ocean and pool areas. The resort & the beach are private & secluded. No vendors allowed. Bldg P is the closest building to the beach, located on the Southwest corner of the resort. Our unit has two balconies, one off the master bedroom and one off the living room. It's a 1 bedroom, 2 bath unit and sleeps five, w/ the 5th in a Murphy bed. A fully functional kitchen allows you to have refreshments readily available, or eat in if you'd rather not dine out. If you wish to be one of the many that go to Cabo San Lucas for fishing, you can walk to the boats. It's an easy walk to the modern fishing village marina and restaurants and it only takes about 10 minutes each way. For the golfers, there are many beautiful golf courses and the concierge will help you make your tee time. The people at Playa Grande are very willing to make your stay a comfortable and relaxing one. Everyone has a smile on their face and is waiting to assist you. Just remember you are on vacation so rushing is not in the vocabulary.
