    I purchased this timeshare many years ago due to its location, quality and an easy timeshare to trade. Every year, Interval International offer me two weeks for my one week, but over the years of ownership, we’ve only traded it once to Interval as we always preferred to use it ourselves. We are now in our 80’s and find travel more difficult so it’s time to let it go. The last five years, we’ve been able to rent it for a good profit over the maintenance fees. Since purchasing this property, we have never been disappointed with our annual visit to the Waiohai.
