    Week 47 is Thanksgiving Week most years. In the occasional year that it is not Thanksgiving week, it is the week afterward. Both weeks are early season skiing at Vail, since Vail usually opens no later than the Wednesday before Thanksgiving Day.

    Sandstone Creek Club is located across Interstate 70 from Vail Mountain, has a free private shuttle that drops off / picks up closer to the lifts than most places you could stay at in the village. Additionally, the resort is a stop on Vail’s free Sandstone bus route. The resort includes an indoor/outdoor heated pool, two large hot tubs, sauna, gym, racquetball court, game room, ski lockers, free wireless internet and free parking.

    The 2BR/2Bath sleeps 6 and has a king bed in the master bedroom, two twins in the 2nd bedroom, and queen sleeper sofa in the living room, fully equipped kitchen, fireplace, 3 HD TV's, and a private balcony. The master bedroom locks off as a hotel room. Access to free laundry room. This is a fixed unit (1312) in Building 1 facing Sandstone Creek (not the parking lot). This is a no smoking resort and pets are not allowed. The staff provides excellent, friendly service.

This resort offers more than just a pretty view - you can enjoy an indoor/outdoor heated pool, hot tub, sauna, business center, concierge service, fitness center, a variety of sports courts, ski lockers and shuttle service.

    Sandstone Creek Club features tastefully decorated accommodations that are perfect for vacationing families, couples or groups of friends. Studios sleep two, four or six guests; one-bedroom units sleep four, six or eight; and two-bedroom units sleep up to ten! All units feature a living room with fireplace and private balcony or patio and a full kitchen that includes a microwave and dishwasher. Select units may also include an in-room washer and dryer.

    Vail offers those who visit endless recreation, activities and places to explore be it summer, fall, winter or spring! Colorado's amazing reputation for skiing is a one of Vail's main attractions, but in the summer you can enjoy hiking through wilderness areas such as Holy Cross Wilderness and the picturesque Betty Ford Gardens. Whitewater rafting also makes for a memorable summer experience! When the sun goes down, head over to Vail Village for a huge range of bars and clubs.
