Per the owner: The reason we bought was that this resort has it's own private launch ramp for boats that is available to use any time, even when not staying at the resort, with an advanced reservation for the the launch ramp. Also when staying there, you can leave your boat in the water overnight. It also has a great view of the bay and a beautiful infinity pool with a bar. There is also a restaurant on site and a hotel for additional guests.
*Closing costs and transfer fees are to be paid by the buyer*
*Buyer to pay maintenance fees for first year of usage*
