Per the owner:
We were drawn to King's Creek in its initial planning stages. There were only dirt paths cut through the woods with no buildings begun at that time. We were impressed with the cottage styles which we were able to view off site. The colonial design fit right into our personality and preferences. It just made sense to select King's Creek as our preferred Williamsburg vacation location. We are Charter Members entitling us to year-round use of all amenities.

The Cottages at King's Creek Plantation
Williamsburg, Virginia
The cottages, with their white picket fences, grass yards, hardwood floors, intimate fireplaces, and cathedral ceilings accentuate the romantic colonial feel of the resort but still provide all the up-to-date amenities required by today's buyer and their families.
Every vacation home is designed to be as accommodating to the owner's needs as possible. The first floor of the 1,800 sq. ft. cottage contains the master suite, the dining room, a full sized kitchen, and living room. The living room features a big screen television and VCR and an owner or guest will find additional televisions in each of the bedrooms. The master suite offers its own kitchenette, a private patio, sitting room, and Jacuzzi in the master bath. Each unit is also equipped with a washer and dryer to make weekly stays as convenient as possible.
Nearby activities include golf, kayaking, canoeing, and white water rafting. There is a vast amount of history to explore in this old colonial town.
