Units with view category “Close to Beach” are located in the Oceanfront/Ocean Dunes building. Units in the Ocean Dunes building may have a view to the ocean. Higher level units will have a view while lower level units may have obstructed view. Ocean Marsh and Tide Mark buildings are considered Oceanside Buildings with a “Courtyard View”. Sea Cove and Sea Dunes buildings will have a Garden view. Units located in the back of The Ocean Marsh building will also have a Garden View.

Per the owner:
We have stayed in the Grand Dunes building which offers a view of the ocean and marsh.
We purchased the timeshare for it's location and having the beach right there. Hilton Head is golfer's paradise with many courses to play, along with many tennis courts! The pools are very nice, as is the resort. The resort offers bike rentals to use the bike path along the island. There is also hiking.
We have taken day trips to:
Daufuskie Island is a short ferry ride, Rent golf carts and explore the island. The beach is lovely.
Savannah GA is an hour away
Tybee Island it 1 1/2 hrs
Charleston, SC is 2 hrs
We haven’t been for a few years but, I noticed they offer locally grown produce, baked goods and meals delivered to your door.
