Per the owner: What sold us on the timeshare was the opportunity to stay in a place that accommodated as little as two people or our family at such a reasonable price, way less than a hotel. It is in a quiet area close across from the beach and other attractions such as snorkeling, Whale watching, golf, shopping, and fine dining. One huge factor was to stay on a tropical island that guarantees fun in the sun all year round.
*Closing costs and transfer fees are to be paid by the buyer, Seller will contribute $1,200.00 of closing cost*
*Buyer to pay maintenance fees for first year of usage*
