I have vacationed here for the past 10 years. It is a gated facility with a private pool. Each of the properties have an attached garage. Family friendly. There is an all season waterpark within 1 mile. There is horseback riding, mini golf, tubing and go carts on the resort. There are 3 outdoor pools and 2 indoor pools. Family friendly.

I absolutely love Regal Vistas at Massanutten! These are spacious units that have everything I could ask for. These kitchen is beautiful with stainless appliances and granite countertops. These bathrooms are large, and the jetted tub in the master bath is wonderful.

If our circumstances hadn’t changed, I would never want to sell this!

We always have a fantastic vacation at the Regal Vistas! There is so much to do and the air is so fresh and the skylines are so beautiful!

We have spent Thanksgiving week at Regal Vistas for many years, with family joining us from many states. It is a beautiful villa, and the spacious kitchen allows preparation of a Thanksgiving feast. The surrounding area is beautiful, and offers many things to do both on and off the resort. We are sorry that we can't be there for this holiday, but plan to resume next year. We hope another family can use our "home".

Rural, but still close to many attractions and cities. Highways make access easy! Have owned at Massanutten for many years, but are becoming too old to utilize all that is offered. An ideal resort for a family with children.

We've owned for 10+ years and enjoy the skiing, water park and other on-site activities including indoor pools and restaurants. Extremely well maintained with many restaurants and activities a short drive from the resort.

Massanutten has it all! Beautiful location, tons of activities both on property and close by. Regal Vistas is brand new, RCI Gold Crown rated, with very high quality amenities. Having your own huge garage is a nice perk. The patio with BBQ is perfect for grilling out. There is a private outdoor pool only available to Regal Vistas which is awesome if the main pools are crowded.

We LOVE spending time in the beautiful luxury Regal Vistas. The mountain views are breathtaking. The gated community provides additional privacy and safety. We love being able to walk to the pool and unwind. Houses have everything we need and the grocery store is not far to stock up when you arrive. Local favorite restaurant is the Italian Restaurant near the Food Lion. Highly recommend experiencing this fun vacation option. Something to do for the whole family. The crafts and excursions are convenient and affordable. The rafting on the Shenandoah was another favorite memory we made while relaxing at this resort. You will not regret this mountain low key vacation!

Peaceful resort with beautiful views and recreational amenities. Nice size quiet units for a family.

It's a lovely way to unwind before the holidays start. There is something for everyone to do sport wise and craft classes galore.

We love this resort. No stairs to climb, garage parking. Do need a car to get around.

We have owned a timeshare at Massanutten for almost 25 years. Regal Vistas units are luxurious, with walk-in showers, jetted tubs, double sided fireplace, and lots of seating. We always love our visits here.

This unit was able to accommodate 2 adults, 3 Teenagers, 1 Pre-teen, and a Elementary School student. This was a comfortable set up and with the pool so close and grill on deck it was perfect for a summer week.

Best winter or non-beach vacation ever. There was something for everyone in my family and the gated community and garage made us feel safe and like royalty...

We stayed here the week between Christmas and New Years. It was WONDERFUL to have a private garage, which was attached, so it stayed above freezing, and dry. We could leave food in the car and get it as needed. These units are huge, with the latest in amenities. They are still building, but the outdoor pool is now open. The views are much nicer since they completed removing enough trees, and they are doing everything to make you happy. We looked out to see somebody not only shoveling snow off the driveway, but sweeping it from the walk. This place is fantastic! Note that this is part of the Massanutten complex--you have the same access to golf, skiing, all the crafts and so on. And it is just a walk from the huge waterpark. And low maintenance fees--how do they DO IT???????
