Ocean view will have a view of the ocean. It may be obstructed, depending
on what floor the room is on. Ocean Side is going to be in a building
closest to the ocean, but may not have an ocean view.

An Ocean side view is typically in the Lighthouse tower and above a
certain floor number. This is the tower that sits closest to the Ocean.
You will be assured of getting a sunset or sunrise view depending on the
side of the building you are staying at.
