What does view varies mean?

Depending on the unit (we have an assigned unit) and the foliage growth (recent storms or trimming) then the view is more or less straight through to the ocean. Virgin Grand units are up on the hill and largely have ocean view due to the elevation but the trees (filled with iguanas!) can make it somewhat obstructed.

We have an assigned 1 bed two bath with vista views that can vary based upon foliage growth so many of us say varies even though we have a fixed week and unit number.

The owner does not have an assigned unit. You can contact the resort to request a view or room location once the reservation is in your name, but it won't be guaranteed.
