No. There are "meal plans" available and guests who purchase a meal plan
are required to wear a band around their wrist. Food and beverages are
available on the resort for everyone, but those not on a meal plan have
their food and beverages charged to their room account (no cash
purchases). Those who prefer, can rent a car or take a taxi or shuttle
into Cabo where there are many restaurants (and night life venues). There
is also a small store on the property where you can purchase some
essential food items (bread, lunchmeat, fruit, etc.) and alcoholic
beverages (beer, wine, liquor). There is also a Walmart and Costco nearby
where you can purchase your supplies.
