Most rentals do not guarantee a particular building. There are a few that
will. The renter should be able to tell you if they have a fixed week and
fixed unit. For example, I own 200 points with an addendum that I will
use it in week 10 in unit 2155 unless I notify the resort 90days in
advance that I want to use it differently.
