Great family friendly resort close to Disney and all the Orlando area has to offer! Fall is a great time to visit, beautiful weather and fewer lineups at the parks!

This is a smaller, friendly resort with a location minutes by car from Disney World and Universal.

A big plus is that the pool and hot tub are open for 24 hours a day!

I have rated Club Sevilla as four star. This resort has much to offer but there is no restaurant or store on site so plan ahead. If I were going to buy a condo near the parks then Sevilla would be what I would look for. It is clean, private, and the staff is friendly and responsive and the units are very adequate. There is a nice clean heated pool that never seems to be crowded and it is open 24 hrs. The grounds are well cared for. A new Gym on site is ready to open. There is a small children's playground. There is a hot spa near the pool. Parking is at each unit. It is the place to pick if you are going to be spending your days at the parks. It is located on Rt 192, a four lane state rd close to everything and there seems to be every type of restaurant that you could wish to be there. Just down the road is a super Walmart for all your needs and two great indoor fleamarkets with great deals. There is a Congo Mini golf just down the street. We have been there five years in a row and will go back again.

Our family of eight just loved this resort. The landscaping here is simply beautiful! It has a great pool to cool off in after a long day at Disney or Universal Studios.

The units were clean and had little extras that welcomed you there; like: The towls in the master bedroom were swans kissing and little creative bows made on the toilet paper roll.

This resort is only 5 minutes from Disney and very easy to get to. Walmart is up the street with a mall close by. The Pirates Cove mini- golf is a lot of fun.

It's only 45 mins. to Cocoa Beach on the Atlantic Side and 60 mins. to the Gulf Coast at Clearwater or St. Petersburg.

Disney is over-rated and is more appreciated with kids under 10. Universal Studios; the cost to Universal is so much cheaper than Disney. Disney is worth going to at least once and were glad that we went.

We found this resort to be very attractive, well landscaped and clean - conveniently located off Hwy 192 with access to everything. Most of the townhouses surround the central recreational area with a pool, sundeck, and pool/snack bar - just steps from the unit patios. The unit was beautifully dedorated and clean - the 2nd bedroom (lockout unit) had (2) queen beds rather than twin beds. We felt it met the RCI Resort of International Distinction criteria.

I guess some rooms are better than others. Our unit was not in very good repair, and the staff was indifferent. We have stayed at many timeshares; this was our least favorite.

Quiet, clean, nice pool. Some distance from most of the major attractions, but well worth the trip if you'd prefer a more modest and less frenetic accomodation than you might get at one of the 'mega-resorts' like Westgate.

The staff were friendly and helpful, responding to questions or problems promptly, the facilities and units were in good repair, and the screened porches were fabulous...

We'd readily visit again.

Nice small resort. Quiet and not a lot of activities. Only about 9 buildings I beleive. Buildings 7,8 & 9 ?? Have a large jacuzzi in the master bedroom and a separate tub and shower in the bath. 2 bed room.2 bath with a lock out. Washer and dryer located in pay laundry room. Easy access from Hwy and to all buildings.
