Are these the correct photos for Kona Coast Resort 1? We stayed at KCR2 and the photos here appear to be that resort!

Kona Coast Phase 1 units are much larger units, with huge lanais. They are every bit as comfortable and well maintained so I wouldn't worry about which you're in.

The major differences: Phase I - 1 bedroom unit has only 1 bathroom Phase II - 1 bedroom unit has 2 bathrooms

and

Phase I - 2 bedroom unit has 1 bed in the second bedroom Phase II - 2 bedroom unit has 2 beds in the second bedroom

I agree that these pictures look like the ones for Kona Coast Resort II. It's important to know so there is no confusion when booking.
