Remember, Marriot will not allow Red Week to certify any room as Ocean
View due to the growth of trees blocking the view. The only rentals that
show as Ocean View are not certified by RW.

So based on the only 2 views categories, Courtyard and Close to the
Beach, what is the view for Ocean Front villa?

Marriott's Grande Ocean has buildings and view categories. The two
building categories are: Oceanfront and Oceanside. The two view
categories are : Courtyard and Close to Beach. Their views are
categorized by "proximities" to the ocean, not the actual view. Close to
Beach refers to units closer to the ocean.
