The new rental program is a direct response to feedback RedWeek received from many of its 2.3 million subscribers. While many owners enjoy listing their properties and dealing with potential renters directly, others are uncomfortable dealing with strangers – particularly when it involves exchanging money online.

Owners pay a one-time upfront fee of $79.99 to list the property for rent on RedWeek.com. Once a rental is completed, the owner pays a flat commission of $99.
