From April through September, the resort roads will be undergoing repaving. Intermittent closures as well as noise can be anticipated.

Villa refurbishment underway from May 15 through June. Construction noise and activity can be anticipated.

Elevator repairs will be underway from March through June.

A USVI government environmental/infrastructure impact fee of approximately $25 USD per villa per night is payable to the resort.
