How to sell a fully paid time share with Vitality Vacations

Hi , we bought a time share with Vitality Vacations in Collingwood,Canada 4 years ago.We have fully paid it and it was an impulse buy so we want to sell it.Do you know any Canadian companies that are reputable to help with the sale? Thanks

Your unit probably zero resale value so it's unlikely that any company, Canadian or otherwise, will "help with the sale". That being said, do not go seeking any company that says it can help but then charges an upfront fee.

If you want to simply get rid of it, you can list it in the bargain section here on RedWeek that you want to give it away. You can also ask the resort's Homeowners' Association if it will allow you to deed it to the resort. I believe that Ontario just recently passed a law that allows owners to give units back to the HOA if they need to. Check it out.

Just do not pay any company any money that says it can sell your unit or "cancel" it.
