I have read complaints about the lack...

I have read complaints about the lack of AC and poor internet service. Also room being old and outdated. Can anyone shed light on this?

I've stayed at this property four times, the first time around 2010 and the last time was this past June, 2023. I don't recall ever having poor internet service. During my first three visits, it was springtime (AC not needed) and we were informed that there was construction going on. I assume repairs and upgrades was happening. During those three visits, the units where I stayed were not old or outdated. This year, we were there in the summer time. We had AC and it worked well. The furniture was not outdated and no issues with the internet. The staff was very helpful and he property is very nice. I hope this helps.

There is AC in all the villas with controls in living area and bedrooms. They seem to have a continual program to keep the villas updated. We went in December 2023 last time with quite new beds and furnitures. The kitchen appliances are all up to date and sound. The internet was also very good - and that was for 3 teenagers and us catching up with bits of work too!
