do these units have full kitchens and washer/dryer? What is a 2 bedroom penthouse with a partial kitchen mean?

Units do not have washers and dryers, although there are shared laundry facilities on the property. A partial kitchen refers to a kitchenette, where the kitchen area does not include either a full-size refrigerator, standard oven or stovetop burners but does include at least a small refrigerator, microwave and sink.
