Why are there no resales available for Meadow Lake, MT

The Flathead is a desirable area and a lot of owners use their weeks. It's a great destination in summer or winter.

We have ownership of the 3 different properties at Meadow Lake in Columbia Falls, and we go there twice a year, but interested in selling one of our weeks with capacity of 10 guests, worth 101,000 RCI points. We basically use these points to snag a summer week in July or August (high season) which takes between 99,000 and 104,500 for a 2 bedroom sleeping 6. Our unit is Christmas week 51, and we love the skiing there, but now older and skiing is scary. I plan to list this T/S soon here at RedWeek.
