Building preferences and why

Hi - I am contemplating both renting and buying but have never been to the property. I would really appreciate it if someone could provide some information on which building, floors etc are preferable and why. Also I understand some of the 2 bedroom units are 2 levels (bedrooms upstairs) and some are 1 level. How can I tell which are 1 level vs 2 ?

I’m not fond of buildings 3 and 4. The other buildings just have better views and/or are too noisy from lobby activity. A couple websites below that take you to property map and individual unit layouts. Yes, some of the 2-bedrooms are 2 story (living below, bedrooms above). It’s a nice set up. Buildings 1 and 2 are at the back and the quietest. Building 5 has the lovely oceanfront views but has the boardwalk in front and is very busy with people a few feet outside.
