Request to Book

The last week I have received the following email on each of my two timeshare 2 BR units.

I'd like to book this week. Please let me know how to proceed. Thanks!

I respond with steps to proceed but do not get a reply which is very unusual given my experience over many years. Have others recently experienced this? I am thinking it may not be authentic request and someone trolling??? Thank you.

Terry: We recently added an inquiry template, which is "I'd like to book this week. Please let me know how to proceed. Thanks!" Members can choose to use this standard inquiry form instead of writing their own inquiry.

If you are not getting replies, please check your spam folder. I would also recommend sending your response through the RedWeek message box so if your reply does get filtered from their inbox, there will still be a copy of your reply in their RedWeek messages. We find messages going to spam is often the reason a reply is not received.
