GRAND LODGE ON PEAK 7 or GRAND COLORADO ON PEAK 8 booking process

Hi, I am considering buying a deeded property from one of these resorts here at redweek. I am seeing a LOT of complaints from owners that bought from the developer on BBB about booking process. How painful is it? Say I have Winder Plus (weeks 1-15 & 47-50). When can I book? When I do, do I get to choose any one of these weeks, or is it subject to availability, but I would still get one week within his range guaranteed every year if it is annual or odd/even year depending on the contract? Thanks
