Travel Cancelled Due to Pandemic Need Advice
Hi, We purchased a week from a owner on Redweek in August of 2019 for Easter week 2020. Due to the national pandemic we could not travel out of state. The owner was very receptive as was Marriott. We were provided the paperwork that we need to reschedule the week by 12/21 or we loose it and it should be planned 120 days in advance. We have been emailing the owner, calling the owner with no response back. Our check was cashed last year. The Marriott says they can not help us that’s the owner job to reschedule the week. We want to travel with our family this summer to the resort we paid in full for. Please help, any advice on how to reach this owner or to get the Marriott to reschedule our week Thank you
