According to the ARDA-ROC website: Our Mission ARDA-ROC’s mission is to preserve, protect and enhance the vacation ownership experience for timeshare owners through advocacy and creation of tools and resources for their use and benefit.
I find this to be false. I used their "ticket" tool which appears to be a way to file a complaint against a Timeshare company but in reality, it is a waste of time. I submitted my complaint against Westgate on December 31, 2020, never received a response from Westgate and on February 4, 2021, I checked the ARDA-ROC website to find my ticket marked as "resolved". I sent another ticket to inform ARDA-ROC that I had not heard from Westgate and the issue was not "resolved" and never received a response. ARDA-Changed the ticket to closed. March 2, 2020, I received a response from Westgate in a format I could not open. I called Westgate, I contacted ARDA-ROC and neither responded. On March 11 I submitted another ticket to inform ARDA-ROC that Westgate never sent another format and I understand that this allows them to state they attempted to reply and ARDA-ROC can accept that Westgate did their part. So I took it upon myself to find a way to open the document Westgate sent. They tried to restate what I said and made it an incorrect statement- ARDA-ROC was not reading my statements, did nothing, and made it obvious they didn't care. ARDA-ROC is nothing but a joke!
