What is difference between the Manor Club and Manor Club Sequel?

Sequel is the later addition to the Manor Club lodgings. They are separated by a small street and while Manor Club faces a fairway at the Ford's Colony Country Club, Sequel faces a wooded area. The Sequel buildings have a long corridor with units along each side. The Manor Club buildings have units on each floor clustered around a reception area just off the elevators. Sequel has lock-off units, while the Manor Club does not.
