This SEEMS like DECENT DEAL ? Can you help ?

We own a week at Woodstone Massanutten. We have never had points and have noticed last 3-4 years it’s getting harder to get places. So we are interested in points. We are hear now and trying to decide on new proposal after going to the “talk” we have always blown them off. This time they got us considering. They are offering us to keep what we have with the ability to bank it for 42,500 RCI points this unit is deeded and MF $ 436year. If we purchase a deed week that’s equal to 43,500 Points every 2 yeas ( or 21,750 each year ) Together 63,750 RCI points The price our the door $6000 and MF ONLY 226.00 per year. I hate to spend the $6000 because I know we can pick them up off life for nothing but I’ve not seen MF this low on line. I’ve been searching. NEED OPPINIONS ASAP
