North Star Resort Joins RedWeek's HOA Solutions Program

How the Program Works - Resort HOA Benefits:

1) Full Service Rental Program: RedWeek advertises all HOA-owned inventory for rent for zero upfront advertising fees (normally $79.99) , and charges a flat $99 commission when it rents. 2) Full Service Resale Program: RedWeek advertises the HOA-owned inventory for zero advertising fee (normally $125.00) and $399 commission when it sells. 3) All HOA Solutions posting receive a free “RedWeek Verified” Banner on all postings. 4) Resort-custom flyers that outline the program benefits for the owners 5) Resort is featured in the RedWeek Monthly Newsletter - to over 1.5 million RedWeek subscribers!

1) Free membership: All owners in the North Star Resort HOA receive a RedWeek Full Membership ($18.99 annual value) for as long as the Resort is part of the HOA Solutions Program. 2) Owners can advertise their week at North Start Resort for FREE in RedWeek's Full Service Rental Program - no upfront advertising fee and a just a flat $99 commission when it rents. 3) Owners receive over 50% off RedWeeks Full Service Resale Program: HOA Solutions Owners pay $60 advertising fee for 1 year (normally $125) and $399 commission when it sells 4) Owners receive a FREE “RedWeek Verified” Banner on all full service resale and rental postings.
