Hilton Head Area residents

Do timeshare owners who reside in the local area have year round use of facilities? Pool, Gym and beach?

Parking? Any info how this works?

If you are a Marriott Grande Ocean Resort owner, you as the owner, not relatives or friends, have access to the resort's facilities with a guest pass acquired at the resort entrance guard shack. Your ID is required and the Marriott will then give you a guest pass good for parking across the street and I believe 6 of your own guests. The owner must physically be present as well. A wonderful resort and a great perk for being an owner!
