Grand Mayan - San Juan del Cabo

Spent 2 weeks @ the Grand Mayan in Cabo 2/7 - 2/21. This resort was hit by the hurricane and should not have opened yet. We had cement trucks and dump trucks on both the front and back of our units 24 hours a day 7 days a week. Roofers working above us! You could not open the doors or sit on the balcony at all due to dust and noise. Pool was ony 1/2 open, freezing cold and lost water the entire trip. It was down over a foot. The smell of glue was over powering and the construction noice was unbelievable when sitting poolside. No washers and dryers working so you had to pay to have the laundry done! We called our rep and they have yet to call us back! When you pay full price you certianly expect everything to be in good shape. They sent us a note the week prior to us departing for Cabo to say they had minor repairs still going on - MINOR really!!!
