Has anyone dealt with BuyaTimeshare.com before?
NEVER pay anyone money upfront to sell your timeshare. Most timeshares have little or no value on the market. If they claim that they can get you a large sum for your timeshare it's a SCAM !! Also beware that they will ask for a " fee " to process the sale especially if they are claiming to buy your timeshare. Again it's a SCAM !!

If you contacted them as opposed to them contacting you, then there might be a shred of legitimacy to it. Likely it's an advertising web site. On advertising websites, you pay the ad fees and hope that an interested buyer will respond. If so, then you and the buyer negotiate a price (including who pays the closing costs and applicable transfer fees), settle on a closing company, and then send all your documents to that company.
On the other hand, as Don said, if this company is promising to sell your unit for mega bucks, then it is likely a scam. They might say "no upfront fee", but then, when it is time to complete this alleged deal, they will say that they need you to pay some tax or fee that sounds legit but is totally bogus.

Which company? Buy a Timeshare.com or Leisure Getaways inc.?
Anyone who asks for a large, upfront fee to do anything in the timeshare world is looking to scam you.
