Can I offer a rental a counter offer?

I would like to rent someones timeshare I would like to know if I can make a counter offer on the rental price and if so how do I do it? I can figure out how to make the offer to the owner.

Most every thing in life is negotiable ... just email the owner of your counter offer ... the worst they can say is no, however be aware that you must be a Redweek member to email an owner.

If you saw an ad for this rental on RedWeek, then you have to be a paying member ($15/yr.) to contact other RedWeek members about their ad.
