Deep Sky Properties/Titanium Escrow Advisors
Their offer is to rent our 2 bedroom/2 bath for 2 weeks per year for 3 years and we will net out about $21,000. No upfront money. They earn 8% of gross rental amount after we get paid the $21K. Money is wired to our account. We set up a separate account where only we can have access to deposits.

There's no way on earth that you could earn 21k for renting 2 weeks per year for 3 years (that would be $3.5K per week. Their website was created just this year (new) = 2013 .... I would tread carefully when dealing with such promises from a new entity. It's not a given that ANY timeshare can be rented.

They called out of the blue about 2 months ago and wanted to know if I would sell my timeshare in Puerta Vallarta. They made an offer that was 3 x what I paid for it. Sent initial forms to fill out and send back. Once they searched the property and made sure that we owned it free and clear they said that we would have to pay a transfer fee but the buyer would reimburse us back all fees. I did send in $3000 wired to a Mexican bank. All was then fine until the day of the closing when they said a yellow (not red) flag appeared when looking over the final documents. The Mexican Gov't wanted paid their tax before they would release title. That was going to be another 19%. I told Jordan Williams from Deep Sky Prop. To take it from the money that he said was already in an escrow acct. he said that I had to pay it up front. I told him that I was not sending anymore money at his time. This is a scam and I can't believe that I let myself fall for it. But if someone receives a call from Deep Sky or there so called closing company Titanium Escrow Advisors I would say no thanks no matter how good it sounds.

My 89 year old father has sent them a total of $10K to get the money supposedely already in a mexican bank account and they want an additional $6K to pay the so-called taxes the Mexican Govt. is requiring to release the funds. When he told them to pay the taxes out of the funds already sent to them and he would send them their money as soon as he received his money he was told it was against the law to do that. They sent us a so-called bank statement showing the money was in an account in a HSBC account however it is all in spanish. I would say stay away from them at all costs.
