Maintenance fees not being used by property group

Sep 09, 2013

If a timeshare management group is not properly maintaining the property...very noticeably rusting door frames, painting peeling and chipping, cabinets broken and peeling, elevator not properly inspected - expired, many, many other very visible problems to exterior and interior of property, plus many other mechanical / operational issues.

Given that the property is quickly losing its value (only 5 yrs old and now looks 20) Is there legal action that can be taken?

thanks in advance with any direction.

I assume the resort is run by an HOA? If so, HOAs are voted into office by owners .... I would get in touch with a member of your HOA board with your complaints.
