Sept 15-18 in Kauai ... want to look at timeshare, helicopter, horse ride

Hi Everyone, We arrive in Kauai Sunday Sept 15, about 3:30 pm, and leave midday Sept 18, so, based on this tight schedule, I'd like your help in finding a best timeshare that we can look at. We already have a hotel accommodation, so we're just looking for a tour. For the timeshare, we're looking for something more private and quiet, with kitchen, and number of bedrooms is very flexible. Age of timeshare is not important, as long as it is well maintained. We're not very interested in a crowded, action packed facility with a lot of children around. We'd be very happy with a view versus a beach to avoid crowds outside the window.

We're also interested in scheduling a helicopter ride and a horseback ride. Hubby is an avid photographer, so a doors-off helicopter would be best, but we'll consider any deals. He's 6'1" and 220 lbs, so odds are he'll be in the back, but will want to be on a side, not stuffed into a middle seat. The horseback ride will need to offer him a larger horse :). He is a lower intermediate rider. I'm 5'6", 150 lbs., and an expert rider. I'd love to hear what options exist for both.

For Big Island, we'll be available as early as the morning of Sept 12 until we fly to Kauai. We're also open to suggestions and offers there, especially for a 4 wheel drive we can rent to get to the observatory at the summit :).
