Timeshare take over

Well you made wise choice coming here first and asking questions rather that relying on some of these questionable or scam operations. Your second smart move was realizing that a Westgate in Orlando has little or no resale value so your best bet would be to try to give it away.
First, never ever pay anyone a large, upfront fee to sell, rent out, market, or "cancel" your timeshare. Those are all scams.
Secondly, make sure all the maintenance fees and mortgage payments are up-to-date as no one will want to take on such a timeshare with a mortgage or maintenance fees owing on it.
As JJ said above, try contacting the resort to see if it will take back the deed. Some resorts do and some don't. Some will at certain times while refusing to do so at others. Don't be surprised if they charge you one or two years' maintenance fees plus closing costs.
If Westgate refuses, try listing it yourself. You can do so on RedWeek and list it in the Bargain Basement letting potential "buyers" know that it's free (although you would have to work out who would pay the closing costs).
You can also try listing it on E-bay, My Resort Network, Bidshares, or Timeshare Users Group (aka "TUG"; tugbbs.com) in the Bargain Deals section. Just follow the directions at the top of that page.
