Trying for a year now

Ok, so what is the problem. I supposedly booked a good week at a highly desirable resort, the Westin Riverfron in Avon Colorado. My price was less and comparable to others. I have not had one person contact me in an entire year about this property. Help.......

Are you trying to sell it or rent it out?

Via looking at this particular resort in Redweek's ad section I see 19 rentals and 2 resales ..... none have been successful so comparing with others doesn't cut it. You have to come up with a price that YOU can live with that's a lot less than the other ads.

It also has a lot to do with what season you own or the week you booked.
