Grand Mayan

I have been to all the Grand Mayans. They all operate the same, you ask for an ocean view and you do not get it. You ask to be moved away from the air conditioning units and you are not moved. You are set up to have an "owners update" and then find out it is a hard sell to upgrade and they do not let you leave, you have to run away and then you do not get the gifts or the 10% off your bill. The resorts are actually beautiful and well run. I love them but wish they were fair in their giving ocean view rooms ( I have had one once and I have owned for six years) and not pushing me to upgrade so hard. The resort sells itself, the hard sale just pushes me the wrong way.
