Resales Department at Sunrise Ridge?

I had received word that Sunrise Ridge was 100% sold a couple of years ago and was wondering if what they said at the SR sales meeting about there being a Resales Department to internally handle submitted requests from owners was true or just another timeshare rumor that never came to fruition?
