Has anyone heard of NetManagement Group?

They claim to want to buy my bi-annual 1-bedroom in Myrtle Beach for $14,000. Based out of Michigan, they are very persistent with the phone calls. I wonder what is their catch? We're surely not giving them any money up front, having already been burned.

It's a scam. Ignore them and you won't lose anymore money.

The catch is usually this. They tell you they're ready to close the deal but, whoops, they forgot to tell you that there is some sort of fee to pay such as closing costs, lien search, documentation fee, etc. and you have to pay these before the deal can be completed or before the check can be released to you.

Many people fall for this scam because they are so excited about the big payday that they just blindly believe what these scam artists are saying.
